WHAT YOU ARE WATCHING

One site, tested from every side.

A tower is defended by one radar and four lasers. ORPHEUS sends raids of 1, 2, 5 and 10 drones from each of the eight compass bearings and records where each drone flies, where it falls and what it hits.

Test your own site
  1. 01Engage. Lasers need range and line of sight. A locked drone may jink away, and the laser can lose its lock.
  2. 02Score. A drone reaching the tower, or a wreck falling on the site, is a hit. Max risk is the worst bearing's share of hits.
  3. 03Review. After each raid size the heat map is kept as a top-down map: how close drones got, and where they fell.
  4. 04Redesign. The system suggests up to two extra lasers where they cover the most dangerous traffic, then runs the raid of 5 again to check.
