Every effector, as it really moves.
An effector is not a circle on a map. ORPHEUS builds a digital twin of each one: how fast every axis turns and how hard it accelerates, how far it reaches, how long a shot needs to heat a target, how long it reloads and how much beam its condenser holds. Below, one laser effector defends itself against drones from every side.
Note: this page shows a simplified example. In the ORPHEUS simulator we make a digital copy of your actual effector, with many more parameters than shown here.
Live test of one laser effector
A sensor, a laser, two axes.
A mast turns both pods in azimuth. One elevation axis tilts the sensor pod and the laser pod together. The laser fine-points the last degree on its own.
Your effector, as a plugin.
The vendor plugin contains the information needed to move the effector in the ORPHEUS simulator, for example a proprietary algorithm that defines how the effector actually accelerates. For ORPHEUS this information is a black box, so proprietary data stays safe.
